three times in a row with the same prompt i received this message after copilot was "thinking". the third time i changed the profile to policy holder to se if that made a difference.
is it a fluke or did i say/ask something specifically that caused this?
even though it says a response will appear, the process is completed and nothing further happens.

There are a few different reasons this could happen. We've patched a bunch of them today. There is still one known cause that we're still working on, so I'm leaving this as In Progress for now.
