After putting in multiple claim files/documents, timeline entries, notes, etc. When trying to run any claim report from the prompts it states there is nothing in the claim file for it to use to create the reports. I will also ask to write specific emails and the dots come up like it is processing but then it just stops and has no answer or response. This is happening across multiple claim files.
