I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but if I begin writing a response in a text box, then navigate to another area of the site, the text I entered is lost when i return to the text box.

Specific event:

Claim Conversations> I started to write an email that I will send to to the adjuster. Before completing it and submitting it, I wanted to ask Sherlock to help me phrase a specific thought. I clicked on Sherlock request help.

Sherlock> Requested assistance then clicked back on Claim Conversations to finish writing the email.

Claim Conversations>The text I previously entered is now gone and I have to start from scratch again.

Moving forward I know I have to save any text that isn't entered before navigating away from the section of the site, but if there is a way to prevent this that would be excellent.

Maybe a pop up before navigating away that tells you the text will be lost if you continue?
