When I copy text out of Co‑Pilot while using dark mode, the pasted content often keeps a gray background and white text. That formatting is hard to use in emails and documents and takes extra cleanup each time.
I previously reported this behavior as a bug and understand it is logged, but it still affects my daily workflow. I rely on Co‑Pilot heavily, so this formatting problem comes up often.
Right now the only reliable workaround is to switch from dark mode to light mode before copying text out of Co‑Pilot, then paste it where I need it, then switch back to dark mode if that is my preferred view. Since the theme control lives in the account menu in the top right, every cycle of “switch to light, copy, paste, switch back to dark” takes several clicks and breaks focus.
Feature request: add a dark / light mode toggle in a location that is always visible without opening another menu, for example in the main left navigation next to Files, Timeline, Co‑Pilot, etc. A one‑click theme toggle would make the existing workaround much faster and less disruptive while you address the underlying formatting issue.
